Thinking about Buying a New Home?

New home subdivisions are all around us here in the Valley.  If you are considering buying a new home, here are a few things you should know first.  The new home agent represents the builder (or the seller), not you.  Bring a buyer agent with you on your FIRST visit or you will most likely forfeit any buyer representation at that site.  Most new home agents receive a larger commission if you don't have a Realtor.  Remember, they don't work for you, WE do.  If you see a home here you want to see, give us a call.
